On March 20 Fredrik Udd took over as the new CEO of Daymaker.

Fredrik takes over Robert Eriksson’s role as CEO. Robert, who is the founder and owner of Daymaker, is not leaving the company, but continues to work focusing on product development.

After completing his studies in Industrial Engineering and Management at Linköping University, Fredrik has mostly lived and worked internationally. He has been a management consultant at Applied Value, Accenture and Roland Berger and held various positions at Business Sweden, first in Poland and then in Argentina and Chile. – Fredrik’s broad experience in the consulting world, his expertise in sales of business services and in international business development will be an important asset for Daymaker, says Robert Eriksson.

The company has a genuine ambition to improve customer interaction and customer experience, mainly in the retail sector but also in other industries. As an expert in customer interactions, Daymaker is well positioned to help companies to have more satisfied customers and thus improve the profitability.

– In my new role, I would like to secure that Daymaker has a relevant offer for our customers and that we deliver good quality creating value for the customer, says Fredrik. My goal is to establish Daymaker as the leading player in Europe.
