Daymakerindex is an annual survey developed by Daymaker in order to measure the customer experience. The first report was conducted in 2009, when we examined retail chains in Sweden. Today the survey is more extensive, since we measure different industries, chains and channels in countries around Europe.
All employees at Daymaker have an interest in the customer experience. We have extensive knowledge and broad competence in helping our clients to improve their customer experience.
